摘  要:随着智能制造时代的到来,各行业对精细化零部件的加工需求日益旺盛,激光自身空间维度加工系统具备的调控激光束空间维度变化的能力,特别适用于高效、高精度的激光加工,因而具有良好的应用前景和市场需求。激光自身空间维度加工系统主要包括点维、一维、二维、三维和“五+N”维,论述点维到“五+N”维激光加工系统的光学结构,分析光学镜片结构尺寸、安装位置、运动方式等对聚焦激光束空间维度变化的影响,并探讨各维度加工系统中光学结构对加工范围和加工精度等的影响,针对各维度激光加工系统,介绍目前工业化应用中的主要产品及其技术参数,对比国内外产品技术参数的差异。本研究可为各维度激光加工系统的工业化应用提供指导,对激光高效高精度加工技术发展具有长远的影响。With the arrival of the era of intelligent manufacturing,the demand for precision parts processing in various industries is becoming increasingly strong.The laser's own spatial dimension processing system has the ability to regulate the changes in the spatial dimension of the laser beam,which is particularly suitable for efficient and high-precision laser processing.Therefore,it has good application prospects and market demand.The spatial dimension processing system of laser itself mainly includes point dimension,one-dimensional,two-dimensional,three-dimensional,and"5+N"dimensions.The optical structure of laser processing systems from point dimension to"5+N"dimensions is discussed,and the influence of optical lens structure size,installation position,motion mode,etc.on the spatial dimension changes of focused laser beams is analyzed.The influence of optical structure on processing range and accuracy in each dimension processing system is also explored,the main products and their technical parameters in industrial applications for various dimensions of laser processing systems are introduced,and compares the differences in technical parameters between domestic and foreign products.It can provide guidance for the industrial application of various dimensions of laser processing systems,and has a long-term impact on the development of efficient and high-precision laser processing technology.
