摘  要:针对超硬工具中硬质合金片与钢基体钎焊过程中质量不稳定、效率低等缺点,开发研制连续式感应自动化钎焊机及钎焊工艺,自动化钎焊机以焊接建工钻头为例,该自动化钎焊机由上料找正装置、装片装置、点膏装置、感应焊接装置、机架、机头部件及控制系统组成,通过对焊接温度、焊接时间、装片装置、点膏装置等进行自动控制,实现硬质合金片与钢基体自动化焊接,保证了焊接质量,提高了焊接效率。In view of shortcomings of unstable quality and low efficiency in brazing process of cemented carbide sheets and steel substrates in superhard tools,a continuous induction automatic brazing machine and brazing process were developed.The automatic brazing machine took welding construction bit as an example.The automatic brazing machine was composed of a loading and aligning device,a chip loading device,a paste dispensing device,an induction welding device,a frame,a machine head component and a control system.Through automatic control of welding temperature,welding time,chip loading device,paste dispensing device,automatic welding of cemented carbide sheet and steel substrate was realized,which ensured welding quality and improved welding efficiency.
