我国民俗类冰雪休闲“体旅+康养”模式的建设路径研究

摘　　要：北京冬奥会的成功举办,为我国冰雪旅游带来新的发展契机,但传统的冰雪旅游难以满足人们日益增长的对高品质冰雪旅游的需求。研究以提高我国民众的生活质量为出发点,结合传统民俗文化底蕴与现代康养趋势,提出构建民俗类冰雪休闲“体旅+康养”模式。该模式兼具冰雪运动、休闲娱乐、参与体验、文化熏陶以及修身养性等多元化功能,对于推动地方经济增长、满足大众休闲康养需求、传承地方传统文化、创新老年人康养模式具有重要现实意义。鉴于此,以融合发展理念为指导,从构建多元化保障体系、发掘地域特色资源、发挥民俗文化特色和优化多元主体体验等方面,探讨我国民俗类冰雪休闲“体旅+康养”模式的建设路径。以期通过对民俗性冰雪资源的有机开发与整合,为我国冰雪休闲旅游的高质量发展提供必要的理论支持与实践借鉴。The successful hosting of the Beijing Winter Olympics has brought new opportunities for the development of ice and snow tourism in China,but traditional ice and snow tourism cannot meet the growing demand for high-quality ice and snow tourism.The study takes improving the life quality of Chinese people as the starting point,combines the traditional folk cultural heritage with modern recreation trends,and proposes to build a folk ice and snow leisure"sports tourism+health care"model.This model combines diverse functions such as ice and snow sports,leisure and entertainment,participation and experience,cultural cultivation,and self-cultivation.It has important practical significance for promoting local economic growth,meeting the needs of the public for leisure and health,inheriting local traditional culture,and innovating elderly health care models.In view of this,guided by the concept of integrated development,this paper explores the construction path of the"sports tourism+health care"model for folk ice and snow leisure in China from the aspects of building a diversified guarantee system,exploring regional characteristic resources,leveraging folk cultural characteristics,and optimizing diverse subject experiences.In order to provide the necessary theoretical support and practical reference for the high-quality development of China's ice and snow leisure tourism through the organic development and integration of folk ice and snowresources.
