文化促进视角下黑龙江省冰雪体育产业发展机理与对策

摘　　要：冰雪文化是冰雪体育产业的重要组成部分,黑龙江省依托丰厚的冰雪文化历史底蕴,具有发展冰雪经济的巨大潜力。分析当前黑龙江省冰雪体育产业组成,以大众冰雪体育活动、冰雪体育竞赛表演、冰雪体育健身服务、冰雪体育用品行业为主,而冰雪文化能够分别对各部分产生促进式影响,并具有综合性、动态性特征。基于发展机理和文化视角,提出深入营造冰雪体育文化氛围、提高冰雪行业人员素养、健全冰雪文化与产业发展的保障性供给等对策。通过相关管理部门积极采取措施,多方协同合作,从深挖冰雪文化、打造冰雪经济的新视角出发,不断丰富和强化冰雪产业链,以期为后冬奥时代黑龙江省经济的高质量发展作出更多贡献。Ice and snow culture is an important part of the ice and snow sports industry.Heilongjiang Province,relying on its rich historical heritage of ice and snow culture,it has enormous potential for developing the ice and snow economy.Analyzing the composition of the current ice and snow sports industry in Heilongjiang Province,it is mainly composed of mass ice and snow sports activities,ice and snow sports competitions and performances,ice and snow sports and fitness services,and ice and snow sports goods industry,while ice and snow culture can have a promotional impact on each part,and has a comprehensive and dynamic character.Based on the development mechanism and cultural perspective,this paper has proposed countermeasures to create a cultural atmosphere for ice and snow sports,improve the quality of personnel in ice and snow industry,and improve the guaranteed supply for the development of ice and snow culture and industry.Through the active measures taken by relevant management departments and the synergistic cooperation of many parties,the ice and snow industry chain is continuously enriched and strengthened from the new perspective of deepening the ice and snow culture and creating the ice and snow economy,with a view to making more contributions to the high-quality development of the economy of Heilongjiang Province in the post-Winter Olympics era.
