摘　　要：本文运用扩展的引力模型,分析了TBT措施对我国向中东欧出口工业制成品的影响,详细构造了行业-年份-目的国层面的微观面板数据集,在此基础上实证检验了TBT措施对我国向中东欧国家出口工业制成品的影响程度以及影响因素。研究发现,TBT措施对我国工业制成品出口具有显著的抑制效应,“一带一路”倡议的签署对国家之间的贸易流量具有显著的积极影响。This paper analyses the impact of TBT measures on China’s exports of industrial manufactured goods to Central and Eastern Europe using the extended gravity model,constructs a detailed micro-panel dataset from the perspectives of industry,year,destination country,and based on which,empirically examines the impact of TBT measures on China’s exports of industrial manufactured goods to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe,as well as the factors aff ecting the impact of TBT measures on China’s exports to the countries of Central and Eastern Europe.It is found that TBT measures have a significant inhibitory eff ect on China’s exports of industrial manufactured goods,and the signing of the“Belt and Road”Initiative has a significant positive impact on the trade flows between countries.
