摘  要:针对传统永磁同步电机单矢量模型预测电流控制中存在的稳态时转矩脉动和电流谐波较大的问题,提出了一种基于几何分析的三矢量模型预测无差拍电流控制。该方法通过无差拍电流控制确定定子电压矢量的目标值,然后通过代价函数的计算确定用于合成目标电压矢量的基本电压矢量,最后通过分析目标电压矢量与基本电压矢量的几何关系确定每个周期3个基本电压矢量的占空比。所述方法改善了单电压矢量的模型预测控制会带来较大的转矩脉动和电流谐波的问题,基于MATLAB/Simulink的仿真实验验证了该方法的有效性,在不同工况下综合来看谐波含量和稳态转矩脉动下降30%左右,负载和给定转速变化时的调整时间保持一致,并未变长。To address the problems of torque pulsation and large current harmonics in the conventional model predictive current control of permanent magnet synchronous motor,this paper proposes a dead-beat model predictive current control with three-vector based on geometric analysis.The method determines the target value of the stator voltage vector by differential beat-free current control,then determines the fundamental voltage vector used to synthesize the target voltage vector by the calculation of the cost function,and finally determines the duty cycle of the three fundamental voltage vectors for each cycle by analyzing the geometric relationship between the target voltage vector and the fundamental voltage vector.The method described in this paper improves the problem of large torque pulsation and current harmonics caused by model predictive control of a single voltage vector,and the effectiveness of the method is verified by simulation experiments based on MATLAB/Simulink,The harmonic content and steady state torque pulsations are reduced by about 30% under different operating conditions,and the adjustment time remains consistent and does not become longer when the load and the given speed are varied.
