摘 要:为实现人体小臂特征尺寸的非接触精确测量,提出了一种基于正交图像的便携式小臂测量方案。该方案采用翻转机构获取小臂正面和侧面正交图像,然后对图像进行背景轮廓预处理,利用改进的Otsu算法进行阈值分割提取小臂轮廓。在此基础上,采用形态学处理和Freeman链码对轮廓边缘进行毛刺、凹凸点的去除和修补。通过计算轮廓边缘坐标到小臂最小外接矩形的距离,获取小臂特征尺寸。最后通过统计产品与服务解决方案(SPSS)软件进行回归分析确定围度的回归方程,结合特征尺寸求得小臂围度尺寸。结果表明,基于正交图像的便携式小臂测量系统得到的小臂尺寸参数平均误差均小于5%,为个性化可穿戴设备的制造提供了数据支持。A portable forearm measurement scheme based on orthogonal images is proposed to achieve non-contact and accurate measurement of human forearm feature dimensions.This scheme uses a flipping mechanism to obtain orthogonal images of the front and side of the forearm,and then preprocesses the background contour of the image.The improved Otsu algorithm is used for threshold segmentation to extract the forearm contour.On this basis,morphological processing and Freeman chain code are used to remove and repair burrs and bumps on the contour edges.The characteristic size of the jib is obtained by calculating the distance from the contour edge coordinate to the minimum bounding rectangle of the jib.Finally,regression analysis was conducted using statistical product and service solutions(SPSS) software to determine the regression equation for the circumference,and the forearm circumference size was obtained by combining it with the feature size.The results show that the average error of the small arm size parameters obtained by the portable small arm measurement system based on orthogonal images is less than 5%,providing data support for the manufacturing of personalized wearable devices.
