2022年某肿瘤专科医院住院肿瘤患者新型冠状病毒感染情况分析

摘　　要：目的分析新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间住院肿瘤患者的新型冠状病毒(以下简称新冠病毒)感染情况,为肿瘤患者的新冠病毒防控提供依据。方法采用时点现患率调查的方法,调查某肿瘤专科医院2022年12月29日0点-24点1528例住院肿瘤患者的新冠病毒感染和环境物表核酸检出情况,分析感染者人群特征和环境核酸污染情况。结果1528例住院肿瘤患者中304例感染新冠病毒,现患率为19.90%。不同性别、年龄、肿瘤分期、基础疾病肿瘤患者的新冠病毒感染现患率差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)值分别为1.29、0.21、0.12、0.45,P>0.05);各科室间新冠病毒感染现患率差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=21.80,P<0.05),以ICU现患率为最高,中医科现患率次之,外科现患率为最低。感染新冠病毒的肿瘤患者无症状和轻型283例,占93.09%;中型感染16例,占5.26%;重型和危重型5例,占1.64%。患者首次阳性距离入院时间<3 d占41.45%、3~7 d占14.80%、≥7 d占43.75%。阳性患者病区的新冠核酸阳性率为100%,其他区域的新冠核酸阳性率为1%~80%。阳性病区物表新冠核酸阳性率高于阴性病区(χ^(2)=57.80,P<0.05),超声科、放射科物表新冠核酸阳性率高于其他诊疗检查区域(χ^(2)=108.50,P<0.05)。结论在新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情期间,住院肿瘤患者新冠病毒感染现患率高;辅助检查科室场所新冠病毒核酸阳性率相对较高。Objective To analyze the infection of novel coronavirus in hospitalized patients during the epidemic situation of novel coronavirus,so as to provide basis for the prevention and control of COVID-19 in tumor patients.Methods Time point prevalence survey was used to investigate the infection of COVID-19 and the detection of nucleic acid on the surface of environmental substances in 1528 cancer patients hospitalized in a cancer hospital from 0:00 to 24:00 on December 29,2022.The characteristics of infected people and the environmental nucleic acid pollution were analyzed.Results Among 1528 in-patients with tumor,304 patients were infected with COVID-19,and the prevalence was 19.90%.There was no significant difference in the prevalence rate of COVID-19 infection among tumor patients with different gender,age,tumor stage and basic diseases(χ^(2)=1.29,0.21,0.12,0.45,respectively,P>0.05);There were statistically significant differences in the prevalence of COVID-19 infection among departments(χ^(2)=21.80,P<0.05),with ICU having the highest incidence rate,followed by traditional Chinese medicine,and surgery having the lowest incidence rate.A total of 283 tumor patients infected with COVID-19 were asymptomatic and mild,accounting for 93.09%;16 cases of moderate infection,accounting for 5.26%;There were 5 cases of severe and critically severe cases,accounting for 1.64%.41.45% of patients had their first positive result within 3 days of admission,14.80% within 3-7 days,and 43.75% within≥7 days.The positive rate of COVID-19 nucleic acid in the positive patient ward was 100%,and the positive rate of COVID-19 nucleic acid in other areas was 1%-80%.The positive rate of COVID-19 nucleic acid on the material surface in positive ward was higher than that in negative ward(χ^(2)=57.80,P<0.05),the positive rate of COVID-19 nucleic acid on the surface of the ultrasound department and radiology department was higher than that in other diagnosis and treatment areas(χ^(2)=108.50,P<0.05).Conclusion During the epidemic of novel coron
