摘  要:熔体净化和细化变质处理是获得高品质、高性能再生铝合金的关键技术。文章分析了再生铝合金中H、Fe、Na、Ca、Al_(2)O_(3)等金属和非金属夹杂物的来源与危害,重点介绍了再生铝合金的除气除渣净化技术和细化变质技术,包括气泡浮游法、熔剂法、过滤法与晶粒组织和富铁相的细化变质,指出了再生铝合金熔体净化和细化变质处理中存在的问题,提出了获得高品质、高性能再生铝合金的技术发展方向和研究开发重点,以供参考。Melt purification and refinement modification are the key technologies to obtain high-quality and highperformance recycled aluminum alloy.the sources and hazards of metal and non-metallic inclusions such as H,Fe,Na,Ca and Al_(2)O_(3) in recycled aluminum alloy are analyzed.The degassing and slag removal purification technology and refinement modification technology of recycled aluminum alloy are mainly introduced,including bubble floating method,flux method,filtration method and refinement modification of grain structure and iron-rich phase.The problems existing in the melt purification and refinement modification of recycled aluminum alloy are pointed out.The technical development direction and research and development focus of obtaining high-quality and highperformance recycled aluminum alloy are put forward for reference.
