摘  要:文章在350 MW超临界燃煤锅炉垂直水冷壁的鳍片和管壁处分别安装热流密度计,测量相应的热流密度值和管壁温度。在锅炉水冷壁最上层吹灰器附近安装测量装置,通过对比吹灰器动作前后测量值的变化,得出结论:同一位置的热流密度值比温度值波动大,鳍片处的热流密度值和壁温值受吹灰器动作的影响较大,管壁处测点受吹灰器动作影响较小,特别是管壁处的热流密度值,基本不受吹灰器动作的影响。在此研究基础上,提出炉膛吹灰的推荐策略,以供参考。Heat flux meters were installed at the fin and tube wall of the vertical water wall of a 350 MW supercritical coal-fired boiler,and the corresponding heat flux density value and tube wall temperature were measured.The measuring device was installed near the top soot blower of the boiler's water wall.By comparing the changes of the measured values before and after the soot blower action,it is concluded that the heat flux density value at the same position fluctuates more than the temperature value.The heat flux density value and wall temperature value at the fin are greatly affected by the soot blower action.The measuring points at the tube wall are less affected by the soot blower action,especially the heat flux density value at the tube wall,which is basically not affected by the soot blower action.On the basis of this research,the recommended strategy of furnace soot blowing is proposed for reference.
