摘　　要：集中建设项目存在项目决策周期长、参建单位协同性差、可视化施工难度大等问题,BIM技术具备信息集成化、信息传递性等特性,可以有效解决以上问题。文章以江苏开放大学新校区一期工程项目为例,针对高校新校区工程项目面积大、单体多等特点,综述高校新校区建设领域BIM应用现状,分析了工程项目建设的重难点。结合该项目应用实践,阐述了集中建设模式下BIM在高校新校区建设全过程管理中应用的具体内容,取得了实质性成果,为类似集中建设项目建设提供参考。Centralized construction projects have problems such as long project decision-making cycle,poor coordination among participating units,and difficulty in visualization construction.BIM technology has the characteristics of information integration and information transmission,which can effectively solve above problems.Taking the first phase of the new campus engineering project of Jiangsu Open University as an example,this paper summarizes the current situation of BIM application in the field of new campus construction in colleges and universities,and analyzes the key and difficult points of engineering project construction in view of the characteristics of large area and many units in the new campus engineering project in colleges and universities.Combined with the application practice of the project,the specific content of BIM application in the whole process management of new campus construction in colleges and universities under the centralized construction mode is elaborated,and substantive results are achieved,providing reference for similar centralized construction projects.
