摘 要:文章主要介绍了某道路一期工程纵八线立村斜弯桥的现浇支架设计。全桥共1联,跨径组合为3×13 m,每跨普通钢筋混凝土实心板梁的支撑由梁底开始向下,依次为竹胶板、方木、纵向工字钢、横向双拼工字钢、沙桶、穿心棒、钢管柱。利用Midas Civil对每跨板梁的现浇支架进行了强度、刚度和稳定性计算分析,结果显示施工设计可行,为今后类似斜弯桥临时结构施工设计提供了参考。This paper mainly introduces the design of castin-place support for Licun oblique curved bridge on Zongba line in the first phase of a road project.The whole bridge has a total of 1 joint,and the span combination is 3×13 m.The support for each span of ordinary reinforced concrete solid plate girder starts from the bottom of the girder and goes downwards,followed by bamboo plywood,square wood,longitudinal I-beam,transverse double welded I-beam,sand bucket,through-core rod,and steel pipe column.Midas Civil is used to calculate and analyze the strength,stiffness and stability of the cast-in-place support for each span of plate girder.The results show that the construction design is feasible,which provides a reference for the construction design of similar oblique curved bridge temporary structure in the future.
