摘 要:为确定软岩地区嵌岩桩的承载性能,文章以武汉市某长江大桥工程为例,对嵌固在中风化泥质粉砂岩层中的试桩进行了自平衡承载力测试。试验确定了试桩的单桩极限承载力,同时结合桩身内力测试,分析了各级荷载作用下试桩桩身轴力、桩侧土层摩阻力等的分布规律。试桩测试结果表明:软岩地区的嵌岩桩,桩顶荷载主要由桩侧摩阻力承担,表现出典型的端承摩擦型桩的承载特性。桩侧摩阻力及桩端阻力实测结果均大于地勘值,桩基设计仍存在一定的优化空间,验证了钻孔灌注桩施工工艺的可行性,可为软岩地区嵌岩桩设计提供参考。In order to determine the bearing capacity of socketed piles in soft rock areas,taking a Yangtze River Bridge project in Wuhan as an example,the self-balanced bearing capacity test is conducted on the test piles embedded in moderately weathered argillaceous siltstone stratum.The ultimate bearing capacity of the single pile of the test pile is determined by the test.At the same time,the distribution law of the axial force of the test pile and the friction resistance of the soil layer on the pile side under various loads is analyzed in combination with the internal force test of the pile body.The test results of the test pile show that the load on the top of the socketed pile in soft rock areas is mainly borne by the friction resistance on the pile side,showing the typical bearing characteristics of the end-bearing friction pile.The measured results of pile side friction resistance and pile end resistance are greater than the geological survey value.There is still some room for optimization in the design of pile foundation,which verifies the feasibility of the bored pile construction technology,and can provide reference for the design of socketed pile in soft rock areas.
