沥青路面施工中沥青混合料离析及控制研究——以刚果(金)金沙萨马鲁古经济开发区建设项目为例

摘　　要：沥青混合料离析是沥青路面施工的常见问题,会对路面质量和使用寿命产生负面影响,须探索沥青混合料离析的原因,并提出有效的控制方法。文章以刚果(金)金沙萨马鲁古经济开发区建设项目为例,从沥青混合料运输、施工温度、摊铺质量等方面分析了产生离析现象的主要原因,并提出了相应的控制策略,如加强运输控制、加强施工温度控制、加强摊铺质量控制,旨在提升路面质量,延长道路使用寿命。Asphalt mixture segregation is a common problem in asphalt pavement construction,which will have a negative impact on pavement quality and service life.It is necessary to explore the causes of asphalt mixture segregation and put forward effective control methods.Taking the construction project of Maluku Economic Development Zone in Kinshasa,Congo(Kinshasa)as an example,this paper analyzes the main causes of segregation from the aspects of asphalt mixture transportation,construction temperature and paving quality,and proposes corresponding control strategies,such as strengthening transportation control,strengthening construction temperature control and strengthening paving quality control,aiming at improving pavement quality and prolonging road service life.
