摘　　要：房屋质量影响人们的生命和财产安全,是人们关注的焦点,因此,有必要对存在潜在质量隐患的房屋结构开展房屋安全鉴定及质量隐患处理。文章从常见房屋结构存在的质量问题出发,针对砖砌体结构和钢筋混凝土结构,重点分析了常见的裂缝类型及成因,并结合具体案例,探讨了常见房屋结构类型裂缝处理方法,以供参考。Housing quality affects people's life and property safety,which is the focus of people's attention.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out housing safety appraisal and quality hazard treatment for housing structures with potential quality hazards.Starting from the quality problems of common housing structures,this paper focuses on the analysis of common crack types and causes for brick masonry structures and reinforced concrete structures,and discusses the crack treatment methods of common housing structures in combination with specific cases for reference.
