摘 要:在施工中,大体积混凝土易受水化反应、温度应力等因素的影响而出现开裂,影响施工质量。为有效防止温度应力引起的开裂,必须对现场浇筑的大体积混凝土进行温度控制。文章以六横镇船坞改造工程施工为例,介绍了大体积混凝土现场浇筑温度控制方法和要求,通过有限元建立模型,对该工程中现场浇筑的大体积混凝土进行温度控制研究。研究结果表明,通过优化大体积混凝土浇筑方案,混凝土内部温度虽然上升很快,但内部最高温度和内表温差均满足规范要求,减少了裂缝的产生。In the construction,the mass concrete is prone to cracking due to the influence of factors such as hydration reaction,temperature stress,which affects the construction quality.In order to effectively prevent cracking caused by temperature stress,it is necessary to control the temperature of mass concrete poured on site.Taking the construction of dock reconstruction engineering in Liuheng Town as an example,this paper introduces the temperature control methods and requirements of mass concrete on-site pouring.Through the establishment of finite element model,the temperature control of mass concrete on-site pouring in the engineering is studied.The results show that by optimizing the mass concrete pouring scheme,although the internal temperature of the concrete rises rapidly,the internal maximum temperature and the internal surface temperature difference meet the requirements of the specification,reducing the occurrence of cracks.
