摘 要:随着工程技术的发展,大型沉井的应用越来越广泛,尤其在地质条件复杂的软土地区,更能发挥沉井埋深大、整体性强、稳定性好的优点。但是大型沉井在软土层中施工需克服侧面阻力小及土层承载力低的问题。文章总结了大型沉井在软土层中的施工方法,采用刃脚下设置水泥搅拌桩、井壁外钻孔注浆和破除搅拌桩、刃脚与搅拌桩之间设置砂袋的方法,成功解决了土层承载力与摩擦力小的问题,顺利完成了沉井下沉施工,期间未发生偏斜、速沉、超沉现象。With the development of engineering technology,the application of large open caisson is more and more widely,especially in the soft soil area with complex geological conditions,which can give full play to the advantages of deep burial,strong integrity and good stability of the open caisson.However,the construction of large open caisson in soft soil layer needs to overcome the problems of small lateral resistance and low soil bearing capacity.This paper summarizes the construction methods of large open caisson in soft soil layer.The methods of setting cement mixing piles at the cutting edge,drilling and grouting outside the caisson wall and breaking the mixing piles,setting sand bags between the cutting edge and the mixing piles are adopted,which has successfully solved the problems of low soil bearing capacity and friction,and successfully completed the sinking construction of the open caisson.During the period,there is no deflection,rapid sinking and over sinking.
