摘　　要：文章以莆田某电梯洋房工程为例,从实践角度出发,分析了建筑外墙渗漏的常见部位及诱发原因,并围绕外墙防渗漏施工细节、屋面防渗漏施工技术、外墙渗漏的预防与维护、预留孔洞处理、门窗施工技术要点等方面提出了具体的防渗漏措施,旨在有效预防建筑外墙渗漏问题,保障施工质量及工程建筑安全,为相关领域工作人员提供参考。Taking an elevator villa engineering in Putian as an example,this paper analyzes the common parts and causes of building exterior wall leakage from a practical perspective,and puts forward specific anti-leakage measures around the details of exterior wall anti-leakage construction,roof anti-leakage construction technology,prevention and maintenance of exterior wall leakage,reserved hole treatment,key construction technology points of the door and window,aiming at effectively preventing the leakage of building exterior wall,ensuring construction quality and engineering construction safety,and providing reference for personnel in related fields.
