摘 要:为提升公路隧道初衬质量,保证施工安全,文章以某高速公路分离式隧道工程为例,以湿喷混凝土技术为研究对象,从混凝土配制和混凝土喷射两方面以量化形式阐述了工艺要点,最后针对施工管控重点分析了指标影响因素和控制措施。实践证明,湿喷混凝土技术优势明显,施工质量可靠,施工损耗和施工污染较小,符合我国现阶段节能、环保、高质量发展的基本理念,可作为隧道初衬施工技术的首要选择,值得推广。In order to improve the initial lining quality of highway tunnel and ensure the construction safety,this paper takes the separated tunnel engineering of an expressway as an example and takes the wet shotcrete technology as the research object.The key points of the process are expounded in the form of quantification from the aspects of concrete preparation and concrete spraying.Finally,the influencing factors of the index and control measures are analyzed in view of the construction control.Practice has proved that wet shotcrete technology has obvious advantages,reliable construction quality,less construction loss and construction pollution,which is in line with the basic concept of energy conservation,environmental protection and high-quality development in China at this stage.It can be used as the primary choice of tunnel initial lining construction technology and is worth promoting.
