摘 要:在铁路线路加固中,人工挖孔桩支墩的应用具有危险性高、施工难度大等特点,已被住房和城乡建设部列为限制类技术。文章提出用哑铃形支墩取代人工挖孔桩支墩,结合有限元计算软件,对某工程线路加固体系进行了技术创新和研究分析。结果表明,该方法合理有效,施工效率高,安全风险低,有效减少了铁路下穿框架工程人工挖孔桩受的汛期、地下水、砂层地质等因素的影响,提高了桩基施工效率,具有良好的社会及经济效益。In the reinforcement of railway lines,the application of hand digging pile pier has the characteristics of high risk and difficult construction,which has been listed as a restricted technology by the Ministry of Housing and Urban-Rural Development.This paper proposes to use dumbbell-shaped pier instead of hand digging pile pier.Combined with the finite element calculation software,the technical innovation and research analysis on an engineering line reinforcement system are carried out.The results show that the method is reasonable and effective with high construction efficiency and low safety risk.It effectively reduces the influence of factors such as flood season,groundwater,sand layer geology on the hand digging pile in railway undercrossing frame engineering,improves the construction efficiency of pile foundation,and has good social and economic benefits.
