摘 要:钢结构因其强度高、自重轻、机械化生产程度高等优点,被广泛应用于大型厂房、超高层建筑等领域。但在高温下,钢材强度会随自身温度的升高而锐减,严重影响结构的安全性。文章阐述了火灾对钢结构的影响,分析了钢结构常用防火涂料的组成、分类和性能,研究了钢结构防火涂装的设计与技术要点,并结合实际工程展示了防火涂料在具体项目中的应用,以供参考。Steel structure is widely used in large factory buildings,super high-rise buildings and other fields because of its advantages such as high strength,light weight and high degree of mechanized production.However,at high temperatures,the strength of steel will decrease sharply with the increase of its own temperature,which seriously affects the safety of the structure.This paper expounds the influence of fire on steel structure,analyzes the composition,classification and performance of common fire-retardant coatings for steel structure,studies the design and technical points of fire-retardant coatings for steel structure,and demonstrates the application of fire-retardant coatings in specific projects in combination with practical engineering for reference.
