摘 要:目的了解广州市医疗机构方舱CT放射防护现状,分析设备质量控制与场所防护存在的问题,保障放射诊疗安全。方法采用现场调查和监测相结合的方法,2022年4—9月收集全市方舱CT放射防护措施、防护用品配置、放射防护管理制度、个人剂量监测等信息,并开展方舱CT放射防护检测与评价。结果2022年广州市共有27个方舱CT工作场所,放射诊疗许可证办证率为25.9%,7个方舱CT场所未配置铅床单,防护用品配置合格率为81.5%;方舱CT影像质量控制检测合格率为100.0%;工作场所周围剂量当量率检测结果为(0.29±0.17)μSv/h,2个方舱CT的工作场所中存在3个检测点位(机房门)超过2.5μSv/h,方舱CT场所合格率为92.6%,方舱CT检测点位合格率99.2%;放射工作人员年有效剂量为(0.22±0.08)mSv,与非方舱CT放射诊断工作人员年有效剂量比较差异无统计学意义(t=-1.967,P>0.05)。结论广州市方舱CT放射防护状况总体情况良好,基本符合放射防护标准要求;但个别场所外照射泄漏的问题仍存在,部分场所防护用品未配齐。应加强辐射防护管理,完善放射防护设施和防护用品配置,保障方舱CT场所的放射诊疗安全。Objective To understand the current status of protection from CT radiation exposures in cabin hospitals in Guangzhou,and analyze the problems regarding equipment quality control and workplace radiation protection,so as to ensure the safety of radiology diagnosis and treatment.Methods Radiological protection measures,protective equipment,radiological protection management system,monitoring of personal radiation exposure level and other information related to CT examinations in cabinet hospitals in Guangzhou were collected by field investigation and monitoring during April to September,2022.Radiological protection was examined and evaluated.Results Altogether,there were 27 cabin hospitals setting up a place for CT examinations,among which 25.9% had a radiation therapy license,seven had no lead sheet,and 81.5% had protective equipment meeting relevant standards.The rate of CT images meeting relevant quality control standards was 100.0%.The mean equivalent dose rate around the workplace was(0.29±0.17)μSv/h.Three detection points(protective doors of the CT room)in the workplaces in two cabin hospitals were found with equivalent dose rate exceeding 2.5μSv/h.The rate of CT workplaces in cabin hospitals with eligible radiological protection was 92.6%.The rate of detection points with a permissible exposure level was 99.2%.The mean annual effective dose of radiology workers in the cabin hospitals was(0.22±0.08)mSv,which was not significantly different from that of diagnostic radiology workers in non-cabin hospitals(t=-1.967,P>0.05).Conclusion In general,the CT radiological protection in cabin hospitals in Guangzhou is good,and basically meets the requirements of radiological protection standards.However,there are still problems such as radiation leakage in some places,and some places equipped with insufficient protective equipment.To ensure the safety of radiological diagnosis and treatment in such workplaces,the management of radiation protection should be strengthened,and the configuration of radiological protective
