摘 要:为设计优化双低油菜机械化精量播种设备,以甘肃地区种植的双低油菜,‘青杂5号’和‘陇油19号’籽粒为对象,采用物理试验法测定2种双低油菜籽粒的基本物理学参数以及种子与PLA塑料和光敏树脂间的静摩擦因数和碰撞恢复系数。基于EDEM仿真软件和斜面滚动法,标定种子与PLA塑料和光敏树脂间的滚动摩擦因数,采用仿真逼近预测法标定种子间的滚动摩擦因数,并利用异形槽口窝眼轮排种器台架试验对仿真参数进行验证。结果表明:‘青杂5号’与PLA塑料和光敏树脂间的静摩擦因数分别为0.35和0.34,碰撞恢复系数分别为0.639和0.655,滚动摩擦因数分别为0.064和0.060。‘陇油19号’与PLA塑料和光敏树脂间的静摩擦因数分别为0.32和0.28,碰撞恢复系数分别为0.662和0.666,滚动摩擦因数分别为0.059和0.058。2个品种油菜籽粒间的静摩擦因数分别为0.57和0.59,碰撞恢复系数分别为0.384和0.397,滚动摩擦因数分别为0.054和0.046。将2种品种油菜籽粒的标定参数进行异形槽口窝眼轮排种器仿真试验和台架验证试验,对于‘青杂5号’油菜籽粒,其仿真试验与台架试验合格率的相对误差为0.48%,重播率的相对误差为4.99%,漏播率的相对误差为6.98%。对于‘陇油19号’油菜籽粒,其仿真试验与台架试验合格率的相对误差为0.29%,重播率的相对误差为3.79%,漏播率的相对误差为4.76%。To design and optimize the mechanized precision seeding equipment for double-low rapeseed,the basic physical parameters of two double-low rapeseed varieties(Qingza 5and Longyou 19)grown in Gansu were determined by physical tests using double-low rapeseed.The static friction factors and collision recovery coefficients between the seeds and PLA plastic and photosensitive resin were investigated by physical tests.The rolling friction factors between seeds and PLA plastic and photosensitive resin were calibrated based on EDEM simulation software and the ramp rolling method,and the rolling friction factors between seeds were calibrated using the simulation approximation prediction method.The simulation parameters were verified using the bench test of the shaped slotted nesting wheel seed rower.The results showed that:The static friction factors between Qingza 5and PLA plastic and photosensitive resin were 0.35and 0.34,the collision recovery coefficients were 0.639and 0.655,and the rolling friction factors were 0.064 and 0.060,respectively.The static friction factors between Longyou 19and PLA plastic and photosensitive resin were 0.32and 0.28,the collision recovery coefficients were 0.662and 0.666,and the rolling friction factors were 0.059 and 0.058.The static friction factors between two varieties of rapeseed were 0.57and 0.59,the collision recovery coefficients were 0.384and 0.397,and the rolling friction factors were 0.397.The calibration parameters of the two rapeseed varieties were subjected to the simulation test and bench validation test of the shaped slotted nesting wheel seeder,and the relative error of the pass rate of the simulation test and the bench test was 0.48%for the Qingza 5 rapeseed,and the relative error of the reseeding rate was 4.99%.The relative error of reseeding rate and omission rate were 4.99%and 6.98%,respectively.For Longyou 19rapeseed,the relative error of the pass rate of simulation test and bench test was 0.29%,the relative error of reseeding rate was 3.79%,and the relative error of omi
