摘　　要：目的探讨3.0 T磁共振T_(2)加权成像(T_(2)WI)联合磁共振弥散加权成像(DWI)对宫颈癌术前分期的诊断价值。方法回顾性分析70例术前接受3.0 T磁共振扫描并经手术病理证实为宫颈癌的患者,并根据其临床检查、影像表现及病理结果作出临床分期、影像分期及病理分期。以病理分期为金标准,对比分析临床检查与T_(2)WI联合DWI对宫颈癌分期诊断的符合性差异。结果T_(2)WI联合DWI对宫颈癌分期诊断的准确率为78%,临床检查对宫颈癌分期诊断的准确率为67%,T_(2)WI联合DWI影像分期诊断准确性高于临床分期,差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.906,P=0.027)。结论T_(2)WI联合DWI对宫颈癌患者的术前分期诊断准确性优于临床分期,具有重要的临床应用价值。Objective To explore the diagnostic value of 3.0 T MRI T_(2)WI combined with DWI in preoperative staging of cervical cancer.Methods Retrospective analysis of 70 cases of preoperative accept 3.0 T MRI scan and were confirmed by surgery pathology for patients with cervical cancer,and according to the clinical examination,imaging manifestations and pathological results to make clinical staging,imaging staging and pathological staging.The difference in compliance between clinical examination and T_(2)WI combined with DWI in the diagnosis of cervical cancer stage was compared and analyzed using pathological staging as the gold standard.Results The accuracy of T_(2)WI combined with DWI in cervical cancer staging was 78%,and that of clinical examination in cervical cancer staging was 67%.The accuracy of T_(2)WI combined with DWI in cervical cancer staging was higher than that of clinical staging,with statistical significance(χ^(2)=4.906,P=0.027).Conclusion The diagnostic accuracy of T_(2)WI combined with DWI for preoperative staging of cervical cancer patients is better than clinical staging,which has important clinical application value.
