轮状病毒肠炎患儿血清S100钙结合蛋白A8/A9的检测水平及临床意义

摘　　要：目的检测血清钙结合蛋白S100钙结合蛋白A8/A9(S100A8/A9)在轮状病毒(RV)肠炎患儿血清中的表达水平,并探讨其在RV肠炎发病过程中的作用及临床意义。方法选取2020年2月至2023年2月在郑州茗仁医院儿内科住院并确诊的RV肠炎患儿80例为RV肠炎组,同期选取在本院门诊体检的健康儿童75名作为对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测血清S100A8/A9、细胞因子白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平;采用Pearson法分析RV肠炎患儿血清S100A8/A9和IL-8表达水平的相关性;并通过受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估血清S100A8/A9表达水平对RV肠炎的诊断价值。结果RV肠炎组血清S100A8/A9表达水平高于对照组[(1.75±0.61)μg/L和(0.96±0.24)μg/L,t=10.479,P<0.05)];RV肠炎组血清细胞因子IL-8、IL-6水平[(161±16)pg/ml、(21±5)pg/ml]高于对照组[(63±8)pg/ml、(14±4)pg/ml](P<0.05);RV肠炎患儿血清S100A8/A9与细胞因子IL-8、IL-6表达呈正相关(r=0.562、0.485,P<0.05);血清S100A8/A9诊断RV肠炎的曲线下面积(AUC)为0.872,截断值为1.397μg/L,此时对应敏感度和特异度分别为68.8%、96.0%。结论S100A8/A9在RV肠炎患儿血清中表达升高,对RV肠炎的诊断具有一定的价值。Objective To detect the expression level of serum calcium binding protein S100 calcium bindimg protein A8/A9 in the serum of children with rotavirus enteritis,and to explore its role and clinical significance in the pathogenesis of rotavirus enteritis.Methods From February 2020 to February 2023,80 children with rotavirus enteritis who were hospitalized and diagnosed in the Department of Pediatrics of Zhengzhou Mingren hospital were selected as rotavirus enteritis group,and 75 healthy children who had physical examination in the outpatient department of our hospital were selected as the control group.The levels of serum S100 A8/A9,IL-8 and IL-6 were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA);Pearson′s method was used to analyze the correlation between serum S100A8/A9 and IL-8 expression in children with rotavirus enteritis;and the diagnostic value of serum S100A8/A9 expression level for rotavirus enteritis was evaluated by the research object operating characteristic curve(ROC).Results The expression level of serum S100A8/A9 in serum of rotavirus enteritis group was significantly higher than that of control group(1.75±0.61)μg/L vs(0.96±0.24)μg/L(P<0.05);the level of serum IL-8、IL-6 in serum of rotavirus enteritis group was significantly higher than that of control group(161±16)pg/ml vs(63±8)pg/ml,(21±5)pg/ml vs(14±4)pg/ml(P<0.05);serum S100A8/A9 was positively correlated with the expressions of IL-8 and IL-6 in children with rotavirus enteritis(r=0.562,0.485,P<0.05);the results of ROC showed that the area under curve(AUC)of serum S100A8/A9 in the diagnosis of rotavirus enteritis was 0.872,with a cutoff value of 1.397μg/L,at this time,the corresponding sensitivity and specificity were 68.8%and 96.0%,respectively.Conclusions S100A8/A9 expression is elevated in the serum of children with RV enteritis,which is valuable for the diagnosis of RV enteritis.
