摘　　要：血糖异常与脊柱外科围手术期并发症的发生和预后密切相关。围手术期血糖控制是脊柱外科患者临床管理的一个重要方面,是降低手术并发症发生率、促进术后快速康复的重要内容之一。目前,尚缺乏针对脊柱外科围手术期血糖管理的专家共识和指南。为了进一步规范脊柱外科围手术期血糖管理,本文通过参考现有的关于围手术期血糖管理的指南及共识,并对血糖管理领域已发表的文献进行系统评价,结合脊柱外科特点,组织专家进行讨论,提出规范的脊柱外科围手术期血糖管理共识,以期为脊柱外科围手术期血糖管理提供指导。Abnormal blood glucose is closely related to the occurrence and prognosis of perioperative complications in spinal surgery.Perioperative blood glucose control is an important aspect of clinical management in patients who underwent spinal surgeris,and it is also one of the important contents to reduce the incidence of surgical complications and promote rapid recovery after surgery.At present,there is a lack of expert consensus and guidelines for perioperative blood glucose management in spinal surgery in China.In order to further standardize perioperative blood glucose management in spinal surgery,we reviewed the existing guidelines and consensus on perioperative blood glucose management in the relative fields,systematically evaluated the published literature regarding blood glucose management,combined with the characteristics of spinal surgery,organized experts to discuss,and proposed a standardized consensus on perioperative blood glucose management in spinal surgery to provide a guidance for perioperative blood glucose management in spinal surgery.
