摘  要:经过近30年的研究探索,一个全新的冶金学分支——冶金流程工程学形成了较完整的理论体系,为冶金制造流程的整体优化提供重要理论基础。有别于微观基础冶金学和专业工艺冶金学,冶金流程工程学侧重于冶金制造流程整体运行规律的研究,是宏观动态冶金学。为系统梳理该学科的发展历程及其研究成果,以时间线为轴,将冶金流程工程学的发展历程分为学科萌芽、理论创立、实践发展以及完整理论系统等4大阶段,并整理了各阶段的标志性事件。冶金流程工程学已成功应用于诸多工程实践案例中,取得理想的应用效果。如冶金流程工程学理论指导了首钢京唐“新一代”可循环钢铁制造流程的设计、钢铁制造流程绿色化与智能化协同理论的研究、工序衔接匹配技术的开发、全流程质能协同优化调配系统的构建等,并且助力钢铁工业低碳化发展转型。除工程应用外,冶金流程工程学在理论研究方面也是硕果累累,出版学科标志性著作6篇,开展学术会议近10场,支撑国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金数十项,并被广大冶金院校列为核心专业课程。当前正值中国钢铁工业转型升级和高质量发展的关键时期,冶金流程工程学的发展不仅完善了冶金学学科体系,更指导了钢铁企业流程优化及设计相关工作,为中国钢铁工业绿色化、智能化、品牌化发展引领新方向。After nearly 30 years of research and exploration,a new branch of metallurgy-metallurgical process engineering has formed a relatively complete theoretical system,providing an important theoretical basis for the overall optimization of metallurgical manufacturing processes.Different from micro-basic metallurgy and professional process metallurgy,metallurgical process engineering focuses on the study of the overall operation rules of metallurgical manufacturing processes,and is a macroscopic dynamic metallurgy.In order to systematically review the development process of the discipline and its research results,the development process of metallurgical process engineering is divided into four stages,including discipline germination,theoretical establishment,practical development and complete theoretical system,based on the timeline,and the landmark events of each stage are sorted out.Metallurgical process engineering has been successfully applied in many engineering practice cases and achieved ideal application results.For example,the theory of metallurgical process engineering has guided the design of the"new generation"recyclable steel manufacturing process of Shougang Jingtang Steel Company,the research of the green and intelligent collaborative theory of steel manufacturing process,the development of process connection matching technology,the construction of the quality and energy collaborative optimization deployment system of the whole process,and helped the low-carbon development and transformation of the steel industry.In addition to engineering applications,metallurgical process engineering is also fruitful in theoretical research.Six landmark works of the discipline have been published,nearly ten academic conferences have been carried out,dozens of National key research and development plan project and National Natural Science Foundation of China have been supported,and the majority of metallurgical colleges have listed them as core professional courses.At present,China′s iron and steel industry is in a c
