摘 要:炼钢区段内前、后工序链接时无规律的“时序错位”,造成不同工序间的无效等待或频繁被动改变工序链接方式,这些随机发生的事件如不能受控,或仍然依靠人为经验调控,势必造成流程运行效率偏低、耗散较大、过程稳定性较差、产品质量波动和难以实现智能化调控等问题。对此,开展高炉-转炉流程炼钢区段层流专线化协同运行的系统分析与实践,为炼钢区段实现层流专线化协同运行提供有力支撑。结果表明,从钢铁流程物理侧开展工艺路径优化是钢铁流程实现智能化调控的重要支撑,也是流程智能化提升的前提和必由之路。按照专线化生产组织模式是对以往看似“可靠保险”、实际是复杂多变和低效的工艺路径进行简约优化,通过专线化生产组织和规范铁素物质流输运方式为手段,收窄各工序作业时间和工序间传搁时间,使炼钢区段具备各工序内“准等节奏”匹配和前后工序间“齐步走”的运行节律,满足连铸工序多炉连浇的时序要求,这是炼钢区段层流专线化运行的重要机制。经某厂采用2条专线化层流工艺路径初步实践,各工序符合专线化的链接比例由2021年12月的41.23%提高到2022年6月的66.27%,工序间传搁时间和炼钢区段总作业时间分别由2021年12月的87.9和253.9 min缩短至78.2和210.7 min,大致相当于增加了1炉钢的产量,生产效率提升效果显著。The irregular"timing dislocation"of the links between the front and back procedure in the steelmaking section causes invalid waiting between different procedures or frequent passive changes in the procedure link mode.If these random events cannot be controlled or still rely on human experience,it is bound to cause problems such as low process operation efficiency,large dissipation,poor process stability,product quality fluctuation and difficulty in realizing intelligent control.In this regard,the systematic analysis and practice of the coordinated operation of the laminar flow line in the steelmaking section of the blast furnace-converter process are carried out to provide strong support for the coordinated operation of the laminar flow line in the steelmaking section.The results show that the process path optimization from the physical side of the steel process is an important support for the intelligent control of the steel process,and it is also the premise and the only way to improve the process intelligence.The special line production organization mode is a minimalist optimization of the process path that seems to be"reliable insurance"in the past,but is actually complex,changeable and inefficient.By means of special production organization and standardizing the transport mode of iron material flow,the operation time of each procedure and the transfer time between procedures are narrowed,so that the steelmaking section has the operation conditions of"quasi-equal rhythm"in each procedure and"synchronous walking"between different procedures,which meets the timing requirements of multi-furnace continuous casting in continuous casting procedure.This is an important mechanism of laminar special line operation in steelmaking section.After the preliminary practice of using two dedicated laminar flow process paths in a plant,the proportion of links in each procedure in line with the specialization increased from 41.23%in December 2021 to 66.27%in June 2022.The inter-procedure transmission time and the total operatio
