摘  要:为了加快并稳定KR(Kambara Reactor)工序运行节奏,以满足与转炉快节奏相匹配的炼钢区段“一对一”专线生产要求,针对某钢厂KR工序作业周期偏长且波动大,KR深脱硫比例较低以及3座KR对应2座转炉时工序间节奏不匹配而带来的长程等待等问题,基于该厂KR工序工艺与装备情况,系统解析KR工序内时间-事件对应关系,分析了KR工序快节奏生产状况,制定KR高效稳定运行操作规则,与此同时建立了炼钢区段“一对一”层流运行条件下3座KR与2座转炉合理链接的框架规则,为炼钢区段专线化“一对一”层流运行生产提供有力支撑。研究结果表明,压缩出站前后等待时间、KR深脱硫在站处理时间以及提升KR深脱硫在站处理时间不大于30 min比例是KR脱硫装置深度挖潜的近期主要攻关方向,经过压缩工序内辅助时间和主操作时间实施,获得脱硫周期由优化前的59 min缩短至当前的35 min以内的效果;KR脱硫比例、深脱硫比例以及“开2备1”比例分别由2021年6月的45.9%、25.9%和0提高至当前的71.0%、46.3%和56.7%,优化效果明显;但受优质废钢资源等因素限制,未来KR工序将进一步提升深脱硫比例、定制KR工艺路径及加快生产节奏、提高扒渣深脱硫工艺路径下的“开2备1”组产比例,满足KR与转炉快节奏的匹配和“一对一”专线生产要求。In order to accelerate and stabilize the operation rhythm of KR process,to meet the"one-to-one"special line production requirements of steelmaking section matching with the fast rhythm of converter,aiming at the problems of long and fluctuating operation cycle of KR(Kambara Reactor)process,low proportion of deep desulphurisation of KR,and long waiting time due to mismatch of inter-process tempo of 3 KRs corresponding to 2 converters in one steel plant,based on the technology and equipment of KR process in this plant,the correspondence of time-events in the KR process is systematically analyzed.The fast-pace production status of KR process is discussed as well.And the operating rules for efficient and stable operation of KR are formulated,meanwhile,a framework rule for the reasonable linkage of 3 KRs and 2 converters under the condition of“one-to-one”laminar flow operation in steelmaking section is established,which provides a powerful support for the specialised“one-to-one”laminar flow operation in steelmaking section.The research results show that,compressing the waiting time before and after exiting the station,KR deep desulfurization on-site processing time and increasing the proportion of KR deep desulfurization on-site processing time≤30 mins are the main research directions for the KR desulfurization unit to deeply tap the potential in the recent.Through the implementation of auxiliary time and main operation time in the compression process,the effect of shortening the desulfurization cycle from 59 mins before optimization to the current 35 mins is obtained.The proportion of KR desulfurization,deep desulfurization and"open 2 and prepare 1"have increased from 45.9%,25.9%and 0 in June 2021 to the current 71.0%,46.3%and 56.7%respectively,with obvious optimisation effect;However,due to factors such as limited high-quality scrap steel resources,it will further increase the proportion of deep desulfurization in the KR process,customize the KR process path,speed up the production rhythm,and increase the
