摘 要:对生物法脱除二氧化硫过程中使用的硫细菌转化硫酸盐和硫化物进行了研究,考察了电子受体与温度对厌氧菌降解硫酸盐的影响,以及温度与通氧量对好氧菌去除硫化物的影响。结果表明,硫酸盐还原菌适宜条件为电子供体选用乳酸钠、反应温度30℃,硫酸盐的降解率能达到95%以上;好氧硫杆菌适宜的反应条件为温度35℃、通氧量50 mL/min,硫离子的转化率可达到96%以上,硫酸盐生成量较低。A study is conducted on the conversion of sulfate and sulfide by sulphur bacteria used in the biological process of sulfur dioxide removal.The effects of electron acceptors and temperature on anaerobic bacterial degradation of sulfate are investigated,as well as the effects of temperature and oxygen flux on aerobic bacterial removal of sulfide.The results show that the suitable conditions for sulfate reducing bacteria are sodium lactate as the electron donor,reaction temperature of 30℃,and the degradation rate of sulfate could reach over 95%;the suitable reaction conditions for aerobic thiobacillus are temperature 35℃,oxygen flow rate 50 mL/min,conversion rate of sulphur ions can reach over 96%,and sulfate generation is relatively low.
