摘　　要：介绍了华鼎铜业冶炼烟气制酸装置技改情况,在原有400 kt/a硫酸装置的基础上配套建设预转化装置,采用四段一次预转化技术,回收转化器一、二段催化剂床层反应热产蒸汽,装置生产能力采用弹性设计以应对硫酸市场,设置专用升温管线节约能源。预转化装置一次试车达到设计目标,硫酸基本产能850 kt/a,最大产能达到1 000 kt/a,产出210℃、1.6 MPa低压饱和蒸汽24 t/h,降低了生产成本,为冶炼烟气制酸行业新技术的应用起到了很好的示范作用。The technological transformation of smelting flue gas sulphuric acid plant of Huading Copper is introduced.On the basis of the existing 400 kt/a sulphuric acid plant,a pre-conversion device is constructed,which adopts a four stage primary pre-conversion technology to recover the reaction heat from the first and second catalyst beds of the converter to produce steam.The production capacity of the device adopts elastic design to cope with the sulphuric acid market,and a dedicated heating pipeline is set up to save energy.The pre-conversion device achieved the design goal in one trial run,with a basic sulphuric acid production capacity of 850 kt/a and a maximum production capacity of 1000 kt/a,producing 210℃,1.6 MPa low-pressure saturated steam of 24 t/h,reducing production costs and playing a good demonstration role for the application of new technologies in the smelting flue gas acid industry.
