摘 要:探讨了氯化镁法回收负压蒸发污酸得到的富含氟氯的冷凝液中氟的最佳反应条件,对固体产物的品质进行了检测评价。通过单因素试验考察了p H值、反应温度、药剂加入量在不同反应时间条件下对冷凝液中氟去除率的影响。试验结果表明,当溶液p H值为3.5、反应温度为85℃、镁与氟的物质的量比为0.5∶1、反应时间4 h的最佳反应条件下,并进行二级除氟反应,冷凝液中氟的去除率达到99.16%。从冷凝液中回收氟制得的氟化镁形貌均一,纯度较高,满足YS/T 691—2009《氟化镁》规定的MF-2级产品要求,可作为产品出售,实现了污酸中氟氯的分离和氟资源的高值化回收。The optimal reaction conditions for the recovery of fluoride in the condersate rich in fluorine and chlorine obtained from negative pressure evaporation of waste acid by magnesium chloride method are explored,and the quality of solid products is evaluated.The effects of pH value,reaction temperature and dosage of reagents on the fluorine removal rate in condensate at different reaction times are investigated through single factor experiments.The experimental results show that under the optimal reaction conditions of the pH value of 3.5,reaction temperature of 85℃,the mole ratio of magnesium to fluorine of 0.5∶1 and reaction time of 4 hours,and taking the secondary defluorination reaction,the fluorine removal rate in the condensate reaches 99.16%.The magnesium fluoride obtained by recovering fluorine from the condensate has a uniform morphology and high purity,meeting the MF-2 grade product requirements specified in YS/T 691-2009 Magnesium fluoride.It can be sold as a product,achieving the separation of fluorine and chlorine in waste acids and the high-value recovery of fluorine resources.
