摘  要:钢板外包混凝土组合剪力墙(C-PSW/CE)将混凝土板外覆于钢板单侧或双侧,为钢板提供平面外约束,避免钢板过早发生屈曲,使钢板抗剪强度得到充分利用。合适的混凝土板厚是C-PSW/CE抗剪强度发挥良好的关键,强震下C-PSW/CE有良好的延性是保证结构安全的前提。采用有限元模拟方法,研究了单面外包混凝土C-PSW/CE循环荷载下的承载力和钢板屈曲后抗剪机理;分析了混凝土板厚度、钢板厚度、栓钉间距、剪力墙高宽比对单面外包混凝土C-PSW/CE抗侧力性能的影响。结果表明,混凝土板厚和栓钉间距对循环荷载下C-PSW/CE承载力劣化影响很大;较小的栓钉间距是限制C-PSW/CE承载力过度劣化的有效措施,混凝土板厚度的增加对限制C-PSW/CE承载力过度劣化起关键作用。依据108个C-PSW/CE有限元算例的模拟结果,提出了罕遇地震下承载力劣化低于15%的单面外包混凝土C-PSW/CE混凝土板厚需求。Composite plate shear walls-concrete encased(C-PSW/CE),comprised of an infilled steel plate with reinforced concrete panels attached,makes the concrete panels cover one or both sides of steel plate using headed studs,which provides out-of-plane restraint to the steel plate and prevents the premature buckling,which can make full use of the shear resistance of the steel plate.A suitable concrete panel thickness is the key for good shear resistance,and good ductility of C-PSW/CE under rare earthquakes is the prerequisite to ensure the safety of the structure.Using finite element simulation,this paper reveals the shear resisting mechanism of the post buckling steel plate and the shear resistance of the single-side concrete-encased C-PSW/CE under cyclic loading,and the effects of concrete panel thickness,steel plate thickness,stud spacing and height-width ratio of shear wall on the lateral resistance of the C-PSW/CE are analyzed.The results show that the concrete panel thickness and stud spacing have a significant effect on the bearing capacity deterioration of C-PSW/CE under cyclic loading.The smaller stud spacing is an effective measure to limit excessive deterioration of the C-PSW/CE bearing capacity,and the increase in concrete panel thickness is key to limit the excessive load deterioration of the C-PSW/CE.Based on the numerical results of 108 C-PSW/CE specimens,a formula is proposed for predicting the thickness demand of concrete panel in single-side concrete-encased C-PSW/CE,which meets the ductile requirement that its shearing strength deterioration is no more than 15%at the drift ratio of 2%.
