柴芪复方对断奶獭兔生长性能、腹泻率和死亡率的影响

摘　　要：为研究柴芪复方对断奶獭兔生长性能、腹泻率和死亡率的影响,选用(35±3)日龄,体重(1000±100)g的健康川白獭兔120只,随机分成对照组、低剂量组、中剂量组和高剂量组,每组6个重复,每个重复5只獭兔。对照组饲喂基础日粮,低、中、高剂量组在基础日粮上分别添加质量分数为0.5%,1.0%,2.0%柴芪复方,预试期7 d,正试期30 d,测定獭兔腹泻率、生长性能、血清生化指标及免疫指标。结果表明:低、中、高剂量组平均日采食量差异均不显著(P>0.05),平均日增重增加,料重比降低,其中中、高剂量组平均日增重显著高于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量组料重比显著低于对照组(P<0.05);低、中、高剂量组腹泻率和死亡率降低,其中中、高剂量组腹泻率显著低于对照组(P<0.05),高剂量组死亡率极显著低于对照组(P<0.01),低、中剂量组死亡率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。说明柴芪复方能提高断奶獭兔的生长性能,降低腹泻率和死亡率,且日粮中添加2%柴芪复方的效果最好。In order to study the effect of Chaiqi compound on the growth performance,diarrhea rate and mortality of weaned rex rabbits,one hundred and twenty(35±3)day-old healthy Chuanwhite rex rabbits with body weight of(1000±100)g were randomly divided into control group,low-dose group,medium-dose group and high-dose group with 6 replicates per group and 5 rabbits per replicate.The control group was fed a basal diet,and the low,medium and high dose groups were fed the basal diet supplemented with 0.5%,1%and 2%Chaiqi compound,respectively.The pre-trial period lasted for 7 d,and the formal trial period lasted for 30 days to observe the effects of compound Chaiqi powder on diarrhea rate,growth performance,serum biochemical indexes and immune indexes of rex rabbits.The results showed that the average daily feed intake of the low,middle and high dose groups was not significantly different(P>0.05),but the compound increased the average daily gain and decreased the feed to meat ratio.The average daily gain in medium-dose and high-dose groups was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05),and the feed to meat ratio in high-dose group was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The diarrhea rate and mortality rate of low,medium and high dose groups decreased,among which the diarrhea rate of medium and high dose groups was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the mortality rate in high-dose and medium-dose groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.01),and the mortality rate in low-dose and medium-dose groups was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).The results showed that chaiqi compound could improve the growth performance of weaned rex rabbits,reduce the diarrhea rate and mortality rate,and the diet supplemented with 2%chaiqi compound had the best effect.
