摘 要:为了验证带有搅拌摩擦焊的小型水陆两栖飞机机身强度,本文利用有限元仿真技术,建立机身精细化有限元模型,在不同着水工况下对小型水陆两栖飞机机身隔框进行了强度计算分析以及焊接接头强度校核。本文对有限元模型采用静强度求解分析,得到机身隔框的von Mises应力云图;同时,给出焊接处强度校核的工程方法,在对隔框分析的基础上,着重分析了危险隔框处搅拌摩擦焊焊接接头的连接强度。结果分析表明,在对称船艉着水工况下,飞机部分隔框裕度值为负,可能发生强度破坏,但焊接接头强度满足要求,没有发生失效,验证了本文对象应用搅拌摩擦焊技术的可行性。In order to verify the strength of the fuselage of small amphibious aircrafts with friction stir welding,we use the finite element simulation technology to establish a refined finite element model of the fuselage.The strength analysis of the fuselage partition frame and the strength check of the welded joint are carried out under different landing conditions.The finite element model is analyzed by static strength,obtaining the von Mises stress cloud diagram of fuselage partition frame.At the same time,the engineering method of strength check at the welding point is given.Based on the analysis of the partition frame,the connection strength of the friction stir welding joint at the dangerous partition frame is emphatically analyzed.The results show that under the condition of symmetrical stern landing,the margin value of some partition frames of the aircraft is negative,and the strength failure may occur.However,the strength of the welded joint meets the requirements and no failure occurs,which verifies the feasibility of applying friction stir welding technology.
