共情护理干预对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病老年患者心理状态的影响分析

摘　　要：目的:分析共情护理干预对缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病老年患者心理状态的影响。方法:选取2021年1月—2022年12月苏北人民医院收治的缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病老年患者106例,以2022年1月为节点,在此之前(2021年1—12月)收治的患者纳入对照组,在此之后(2022年1—12月)收治的患者纳入观察组,两组分别纳入患者53例。对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组以此为基础给予共情护理干预。对比两组心理状态评分、神经功能及血糖指标。结果:干预后,两组汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分均较干预前降低,且观察组均低于对照组,两组五因素正念度量表(FFMQ)、Fugl-Meyer评定量表(FMA)、Barthel指数(BI)评分均较治疗前升高,且观察组均高于对照组(P<0.05)。干预前,两组血糖指标比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);干预后,两组血糖指标均较治疗前降低,且观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在缺血性脑卒中合并糖尿病老年患者护理中应用共情护理可有效降低患者焦虑、抑郁负面情绪产生,同时提高患者正念水平,利于提高患者神经功能和控制血糖。Objective:To analyze the influence of empathic nursing intervention on the mental state of elderly patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus.Method:A total of 106 elderly patients with ischemic stroke and diabetes mellitus admitted to Subei People's Hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected.With January 2022 as the node,patients admitted before(January to December 2021)were included in the control group,and patients admitted after(January to December 2022)were included in the observation group,a total of 53 patients were included in the two groups respectively.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the observation group was given empathic nursing intervention on this basis.The mental state score,neurological function and blood glucose indexes were compared in the two groups.Result:After intervention,the scores of Hamilton anxiety scale(HAMA),Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and national institute of health stroke scale(NIHSS)of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,the scores of five-factor mindfulness questionnaire(FFMQ),Fugl-Meyer assessment scale(FMA)and Barthel index(BI)scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before intervention,there was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes between the two groups(P>0.05);after intervention,the blood glucose indexes of the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of empathy nursing in the nursing of patients elderly patients with ischemic stroke combined with diabetes mellitus can effectively reduce the negative emotions of anxiety and depression,and improve the level of mindfulness of patients,which is conducive to improving the recovery of neurological function and blood su
