激光坐浴对混合痔外剥内扎术后伤口愈合的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究混合痔外剥内扎术后患者使用激光坐浴对伤口愈合的效果。方法:选取阳江市人民医院2020年5月1日—2022年12月31日收治的316例混合痔患者为研究对象,根据治疗方法分为对照组和观察组。对照组(n=158)患者术后采用中药坐浴,观察组(n=158)患者术后采用激光坐浴。观察两组治疗效果、疼痛评分、水肿评分、伤口出血时间及伤口愈合时间。结果:对照组总有效率为79.75%,观察组总有效率为94.94%,两组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组的疼痛评分显著低于对照组,且评分变化幅度较对照组更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组水肿评分较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组伤口出血时间与愈合时间较对照组均更短(P<0.05)。结论:激光坐浴应用于混合痔外剥内扎术后,能提高治疗效果,有效降低患者的疼痛评分及水肿评分,还能缩短患者的伤口出血时间与愈合时间。Objective:To explore the effect of laser sitz bath on wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoid after external stripping and internal ligation.Method:A total of 316 patients with mixed hemorrhoid treated in People's Hospital of Yangjiang from May 1st,2020 to December 31st,2022 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into control group and observation group according to treatment method.Patients in control group(n=158)were treated with traditional Chinese medicine sitz bath after operation,and patients in observation group(n=158)were treated with laser sitz bath after operation.The curative effect,pain score,edema score,wound bleeding time and wound healing time of the two groups were observed.Result:The total effective rate was 79.75%in the control group and 94.94%in the observation group,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the score change range was more obvious than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the edema score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The time of wound bleeding and healing in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laser sitz bath applied to mixed hemorrhoid after external stripping and internal ligation can improve the curative effect,effectively reduce the pain score and edema score of patients,and shorten the wound bleeding time and healing time of patients.
