慢病康复团队在急性心脑血管疾病稳定期患者中的可行性分析

摘　　要：目的:分析慢病康复团队在急性心脑血管疾病稳定期患者中的可行性。方法:选取2020年1月—2022年1月佳木斯市中心医院康复科收治的100例急性心脑血管疾病稳定期患者,根据康复治疗的不同将其分成常规组(n=50,采取常规康复治疗)和试验组(n=50,采取慢病康复团队康复治疗)。对比两组治疗依从性、心理状态、睡眠质量及生活质量。结果:试验组健康饮食、康复治疗、定期复查、遵医用药及规律运动评分均较常规组更高(P<0.05)。治疗后,试验组汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分均低于常规组(P<0.05)。治疗后试验组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、总体健康、活力、社会功能、情感职能和精神健康评分均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:相较于常规康复治疗,对急性心脑血管疾病稳定期患者给予慢病康复团队康复治疗的效果更优,能够提高患者睡眠质量及治疗依从性,改善生活质量,继而促进早日康复。Objective:To analyze the feasibility of chronic disease rehabilitation team in patients with acute cardiovascular disease in stable phase.Method:A total of 100 patients with acute cardiovascular disease in stable phase admitted to the Rehabilitation Department of Jiamusi Central Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into conventional group(n=50,was treated with conventional rehabilitation therapy)and experimental group(n=50,was treated with chronic disease rehabilitation team rehabilitation therapy)according to different rehabilitation treatments.The therapy adherence,mental status,sleep quality and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:The scores of healthy diet,rehabilitation therapy,regular review,compliance with medical drugs and regular exercise in experimental group were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Hamilton depression scale(HAMD)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)in experimental group were lower than those in conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,role physical,body pain,general health,vitality,social function,role emotional and mental health in experimental groups were higher than those in conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with conventional rehabilitation therapy,chronic disease rehabilitation team rehabilitation therapy for patients with acute cardiovascular disease in stable phase has better effect,which can improve patients'sleep quality and therapy adherence,improve quality of life,and then promote early recovery.
