摘　　要：目的:探究人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊+微波疗法对子宫颈炎伴高危型人乳头瘤病毒(HR-HPV)感染患者炎症因子的影响。方法:选择瑞金市人民医院2021年6月—2022年6月接收的子宫颈炎伴HR-HPV感染患者60例作为研究对象。将患者随机分为两组:A组(n=30)接受微波疗法,B组(n=30)接受人干扰素α2b阴道泡腾胶囊+微波疗法。比较两组疗效、病毒载量、炎症因子水平、免疫功能指标及不良反应发生率。结果:与A组相比,B组治疗后白细胞介素-12(IL-12)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、HR-HPV病毒载量均显著更低(P<0.05)。与A组相比,B组总有效率及治疗后γ干扰素(IFN-γ)、免疫球蛋白A(IgA)、淋巴细胞计数及CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)均显著更高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:干扰素+微波疗法可作为子宫颈炎伴HR-HPV患者治疗的有效手段,患者联合治疗后,其炎症因子、免疫功能指标水平均明显改善,且安全性较高。Objective:To explore the effect of Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules+microwave therapy on inflammatory factors in patients with cervicitis complicated with high risk human papilloma virus(HR-HPV)infection.Method:A total of 60 patients with cervicitis complicated with HR-HPV infection in People's Hospital of Ruijin City from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.Patients were randomly divided into two groups:A group(n=30)received microwave therapy and B group(n=30)received Human Interferonα2b Vaginal Effervescent Capsules+microwave therapy.The efficacy,viral load,levels of inflammatory factors,immune function indexes and incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Result:Compared with A group,after treatment,interleukin-12(IL-12),interleukin-4(IL-4)and the viral load of HR-HPV in B group were significantly lower(P<0.05).Compared with A group,the total effective rate and interferon-γ(IFN-γ),immunoglobulin A(IgA),lymphocyte count and CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)after treatment in B group were significantly higher(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Interferon+microwave therapy can be used as an effective treatment for patients with cervicitis complicated with HR-HPV infection.After combined treatment,the levels of inflammatory factors and immune function indexes of patients are significantly improved,and the safety is high.
