龙氏正脊疗法联合小针刀疗法对颈椎病患者颈椎活动度及疼痛程度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨颈椎病患者采用龙氏正脊疗法联合小针刀疗法对颈椎活动度及疼痛程度的影响。方法:选取2021年3月—2022年7月龙岩市第二医院收治的共计86例颈椎病患者,以随机数字表法分成研究组(n=43)与对照组(n=43),对照组给予龙氏正脊疗法,研究组给予龙氏正脊疗法联合小针刀疗法,对两组中医症候积分、颈椎活动度、疼痛程度及生活质量进行比较。结果:治疗后两组中医症候积分均降低,研究组较对照组均更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组颈椎旋转、屈伸活动角度均增大,研究组较对照组均更大,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分均降低,研究组较对照组更低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后两组简明健康调查问卷(SF-36)评分均提高,研究组较对照组均更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在龙氏正脊疗法基础上加用小针刀疗法应用于颈椎病患者的治疗中,能够缓解临床症状,改善颈椎活动度,减轻疼痛程度,促进生活质量提高。Objective:To investigate the effect of Long's positive chiropractic therapy combined with small acupotomy on the range of motion and pain of cervical vertebra in patients with cervical spondylosis.Method:A total of 86 patients with cervical spondylosis admitted to the Second Hospital of Longyan from March 2021 to July 2022 were selected and divided into study group(n=43)and control group(n=43)by random number table method.The control group received Long's positive chiropractic therapy,and the study group received Long's positive chiropractic therapy combined with small acupotomy.TCM syndrome score,cervical motion,pain degree and quality of life were compared between the two groups.Result:After treatment,TCM syndrome scores in both groups were decreased,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the rotation,flexion and extension movement angles of cervical spine in both groups were increased,and those in the study group were larger than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,visual analog scale(VAS)scores of both groups were decreased,and that of the study group was lower than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of the 36-item short form health survey(SF-36)were increased in both groups,and those of the study group were higher than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of Long's positive chiropractic therapy combined with small acupotomy in the treatment of patients with cervical spondylosis can relieve clinical symptoms,improve cervical motion,reduce pain,and promote the improvement of quality of life.
