摘　　要：目的:探讨症状管理动态模型联合阶段健康教育应用于淋巴瘤化疗患者的效果。方法:将福建省立医院2021年1月—2022年1月160例淋巴瘤化疗患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(n=80)和观察组(n=80)。对照组在常规护理基础上给予阶段健康教育,观察组在对照组基础上给予症状管理动态模型干预,观察两组癌因性疲乏(CRF)、心理状况、生活质量。结果:干预后,观察组Piper疲乏量表(PFS)各维度评分均较对照组低(P<0.05);干预后,观察组心理弹性量表(CD-RISC)各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05);干预后,观察组癌症患者生命质量测定量表EORTC QLQ-C30(QLQ-C30)各维度评分均较对照组高(P<0.05)。结论:症状管理动态模型联合阶段健康教育应用于淋巴瘤化疗患者可以减少CRF,改善心理状况和生活质量。Objective:To explore the effect of dynamic model of symptom management combined with stage health education in patients with lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.Method:A total of 160 patients with lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy in Fujian Provincial Hospital from January 2021 to January 2022 were divided into control group(n=80)and observation group(n=80)according to random number table.The control group was given stage health education on the basis of routine nursing,and the observation group was given dynamic model of symptom management intervention on the basis of the control group.The cancer-related fatigue(CRF),psychological status and quality of life of the two groups were observed.Result:After intervention,the scores of each dimension of Piper fatigue scale(PFS)in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,the scores of each dimension of CD-RISC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05);after intervention,all dimensions scores of quality of life measurement scale in cancer patients EORTC QLQ-C30(QLQ-C30)in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dynamic model of symptom management combined with stage health education can reduce cancer-related fatigue and improve psychological status and quality of life in patients with lymphoma undergoing chemotherapy.
