俞原配穴法在眩晕病患者眩晕症状中应用的效果观察

摘　　要：目的:探究天麻钩藤饮中药穴位贴敷配合俞原配穴法在肝阳上亢型高血压眩晕患者眩晕症状中的临床应用效果。方法:前瞻性选取2021年12月—2022年12月九江市中医医院心血管科收治的83例肝阳上亢型高血压眩晕患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为研究组42例、对照组41例。患者均采用中药穴位贴敷干预,对照组选择涌泉穴,试验组采用俞原配穴法,选涌泉、肝俞、心俞、太冲、神门穴。比较两组的临床效果、干预前后中医症候评分、眩晕残障程度评定量表(DHI)评分及血压。结果:试验组的临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组干预后的中医症候评分、DHI评分、收缩压、舒张压水平均低于干预前,且试验组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:天麻钩藤饮中药穴位贴敷配合俞原配穴法能有效改善肝阳上亢型高血压眩晕患者的眩晕症状,有效降低患者血压,且为无创伤性操作,无毒副作用,患者依从性高。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Tianma Gouteng Decoction point-application combined with Shuyuan acupoint matching method on vertigo symptoms in patients with hypertensive vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang type.Method:A total of 83 patients with hypertensive vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang type admitted to the Cardiovascular Department of Jiujiang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.According to the random number method,they were divided into the study group(42 cases)and the control group(41 cases).The patients were intervened with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine.The control group selected Yongquan acupoint,and the study group selected Yongquan,Ganshu,Xinshu,Taichong and Shenmen acupoints by the method of Shuyuan acupoint matching.The clinical effect of the two groups,the scores of TCM syndrome,the scores of dizziness handicap inventory(DHI)and blood pressure before and after intervention in two groups were compared.Result:The total clinical effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After intervention,the TCM syndrome scores,DHI scores,systolic blood pressure and diastolic blood pressure of the two groups were lower than those before intervention,and those in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Tianma Gouteng Decoction point-application combined with Shuyuan acupoint matching method can effectively improve the vertigo symptoms of patients with hypertensive vertigo with hyperactivity of liver Yang type,effectively reduce the blood pressure of patients,and is non-invasive operation,non-toxic side effects,high compliance of patients.
