摘  要:大型会展中心建筑钢结构的防火设计是消防安全的核心问题.基于国际标准ISO 16734“烟气羽流分析”提供的计算方法,对天津某大型会展中心的钢结构防火设计进行了计算分析,研究结果表明:“火灾增长速率为0.047 kW/s^(2)”、“自动喷水灭火系统失效”、“火灾最大热释放速率16.9 MW”的火灾场景条件下,展览大厅控制展位高度不超过6 m,其屋顶的钢构件不需进行防火保护;展览小厅控制展位高度不超过3 m,其屋顶的钢构件不需进行防火保护;登录大厅火源距离钢构件17 m时,其屋顶的钢构件不需进行防火保护;展览大厅、展览小厅和登录大厅的屋顶钢构件最高温度为162、236、131℃,均小于研究设定的钢结构失效温度300℃,屋顶钢构件可不进行防火保护.The fire protection design of steel structures in large exhibition center buildings is the core issue of fire safety.Based on the calculation method provided by the international standard ISO 16734"Smoke Plume Analysis",the fire protection design of a steel structure in a large exhibition center in Tianjin was calculated and analyzed.The research results showed that under the fire scenario conditions of"fire growth rate of 0.047 kW/s^(2),"automatic sprinkler system failure",and"maximum heat release rate of 16.9 MW in fire",the exhibition hall controlled the booth height to not exceed 6 m.The steel components of its roof do not require fire protection.The height of the exhibition booth in the exhibition hall should not exceed 3 m,and the steel components on its roof do not require fire protection.When the ignition source in the login hall is 17 m away from the steel components,the steel components on the roof do not need to be protected against fire.The maximum temperatures of the roof steel components in the exhibition hall,exhibition hall,and login hall are 162,236,and 131℃,which are all lower than the set steel structure failure temperature of 300℃in the study.The roof steel components may not be subject to fire protection.
