大底盘建筑群电源SPD配置的“20m说”有待商榷

摘　　要：针对大底盘建筑群电源SPD配置的“20m说”做商榷分析,分别以IEC标准、GB标准和雷电机理做全面论证。结论是:大底盘建筑群是一栋电位紧密关联的防雷建筑物,在装设电源SPD时应将大底盘及其地面上多栋物理形态分开的建筑合并视为完整的单一一栋建筑物,并根据低压电源线路进出大底盘建筑群的不同情况分别按GB50057-2010《建筑物防雷设计规范》第4.3. 8条第4、第5款处理。Discussion and analysis are conducted on the“20 m”viewpoint for power SPD configuration inlargechassis architectura1lcomplexes,with comprehensive argumentation based on IEC standards,GB3standards,and lightningmechanisms.The conclusion is that large chassis architectural complexes are a lightning protection building with closely related potentials;for the installation of power SPD,the large chassis and multiple physically separated buildings on the ground should be combined as a complete single building,and be treated according to the different situations of incoming and outgoing low-voltage power lines of the large chassis architectural complexes in accordance with Items 4 and 5 of Article 4.3.8 of Code for Design Protection of Structures against Lightning(GB 50057-2010).
