国际品牌酒店火灾自动报警系统设计探讨

摘　　要：结合国际品牌酒店工程的电气设计经验,分析国际品牌酒店火灾自动报警系统设计标准与国内规范在总线结构、UPS供电、区域显示器、声光警报器等方面的差异,以及在实际项目中如何实施的问题,指出:国际酒店管理公司标准普遍高于国内规范、标准;当酒店管理公司提供的火灾自动报警系统设计标准与国家标准出现冲突时,以满足国家强制标准为先;在针对某一相同技术点有不同要求时,需要执行较高标准。Basedontheelectrical design experience of international brand hotel projects,this paper analyzes the differences between design standards of automatic fire alarm system for international brand hotel and Chinese standards in bus structure,UPS,area display as well as audible and visual alarm,etc.,and presents how to overcome these differences in practical projects.It is noted that the standards of international hotel management companies are generally stricter than Chinese specifications andIstandards.When the design standard of automatic fire alarm system provided by a hotel management company conflicts with China's national standard,the national mandatory standard shall prevail.When there are different requirements for the same technology,the stricter standards shall be implemented.
