网上借阅对老年读者阅读推广的启示

摘　　要：网上借阅是公共图书馆服务创新的手段,以其办证门槛低、送书到点、还书方式灵活、借阅程序简单等优势受到很多读者青睐。通过对上海图书馆网上借阅平台老年读者外借数据的分析及网络调研,得出使用网上借阅的老年读者在性别和年龄上阅读习惯差别较大,但阅读特征普遍稳定和数字素养处于低位的现象。结合国内网上借阅成功案例,分析利用网上借阅展开老年读者阅读推广的可行性,并在推广方式上提出以参与代替推广、执行目标清晰的宣传、提升老年人数字素养的建议,以期为上海图书馆在老年读者的阅读推广中提供有益参考。Borrow-n-Deliver is a service innovation in public libraries,which is favored by many readers for its advantages of low threshold of card issuance,delivery of books to the point of delivery,flexibility of book return,and simplicity of lending procedures.This paper analyzes the lending data of elderly readers on the Borrow-n-Deliver platform of Shanghai Library and network research,and concludes that the reading habits of elderly readers using online lending differ greatly in gender and age,but the reading characteristics are generally stable and digital literacy is at a low level.Combined with the successful cases of Borrow-n-Deliver in China,we analyze the feasibility of using online lending to promote reading among elderly readers,and put forward the suggestions of replacing promotion with participation,implementing publicity with clear objectives,holding localized services and improving the digital literacy of the elderly,in order to provide useful references for SHLIB’s promotion of reading among elderly readers.
