基于心脾相关探讨益气升阳法对于慢性心力衰竭治疗作用

摘　　要：基于“五脏相关”提出的心脾相关理论指出心病发展关键在于心脾二脏,慢性心力衰竭作为本虚标实性疾病,心气虚及体内的痰饮、瘀血是其发病的重要因素;中焦脾胃作为后天之本,对于人体气血津液的运化有着重要作用;深入探究益气升阳法对于慢性心力衰竭的治疗作用,是应用中医藏象理论防治心血管疾病的重要体现,对于丰富中医心脾二脏藏象理论的科学内涵具有重要意义,也为临床诊治慢性心力衰竭提供了一定思路。Based on the“Five Viscera”related theory,the development of heart and spleen.Chronic heart failure is a real disease,heart deficiency and phlegm and blood stasis is an important function of the treatment of chronic heart failure is an important embodiment of the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases,and provides some ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of chronic heart failure.
