针刺治疗中风后构音障碍的选穴思路探讨

摘　　要：构音障碍是中风后可出现的临床症状之一,表现为发声时音量、语速、清晰度等方面的异常,严重者甚至完全不能发音,会给患者日常交流与生活中带来严重的影响。针刺治疗该病方便快捷,疗效明确。现结合针刺治疗该病的相关资料,从病位取穴、循经取穴等方面进行归纳分析,为临床治疗该病提供参考。对于中风后构音障碍的针刺治疗,病位取穴是基础,同时也应该注重任脉、督脉改善构音功能的作用,并发挥经络辨证在治疗不同分型构音障碍中的优势,以更好提高疗效。Dysarthria is one of the clinical symptoms that may occur after stroke.It is characterized by abnormalities in the volume,speed,and clarity of speech.In severe cases,the patient may even be unable to pronounce words at all,which will bring serious problems to the patient’s daily communication and life.Influence.Acupuncture is convenient,quick and effective in treating this disease.Now combined with the relevant data on acupuncture treatment of this disease,a summary analysis is conducted from the aspects of acupoint selection at the disease location and acupoint selection along the meridian,in order to provide a reference for the clinical treatment of this disease.For acupuncture treatment of dysarthria after stroke,acupoint selection at the disease location is the basis.At the same time,attention should also be paid to the role of Ren and Du meridians in improving articulation function,and the advantages of meridian syndrome differentiation in the treatment of different types of dysarthria should be given full play.To better improve the efficacy.
