浅谈芒针的源流及其临床应用

摘　　要：芒针最早可追溯至《灵枢》“九针”之“长针”,其现代临床应用广泛。芒针在各类疾病中常用取穴各异,多位于肌肉丰厚处或腹、背处。从操作角度,较普通针刺而言芒针操作更应强调严格的消毒流程,进针时需掌握针尖方向及进针深度,行针针法与普通毫针不同,常以捻转为主,出针时缓慢捻转并顺势取出,切忌快速取针,且特殊部位的芒针针刺时需谨防脏器损伤。The awn needle can be traced back to the"long needle"of the"nine needles"in Lingshu,and its modern clinical application is extensive.The awn needle is commonly used in various diseases to select different points,most of which are located in the places with rich muscles,abdomen and back.From the operation point of view,compared with ordinary acupuncture,the operation of awn needle should emphasize the strict disinfection process.When entering the needle,the needle tip direction and depth should be mastered.The needle method is different from ordinary filiform needle,which is often twisted.When leaving the needle,the needle should be twisted slowly and taken out according to the situation.It is prohibited to take out the needle quickly,and the awn needle at special parts should be careful to prevent viscera damage when puncturing.
