基于程国彭养生思想浅谈痹证的预防与治疗

摘　　要：程国彭是清代著名新安医家,他在《医学心悟》中从节饮食、慎风寒、惜精神、戒嗔怒四个方面阐述了自己的养生思想,称其为“保生四要”,对养生防病乃至疾病治疗都有深远的影响。痹证病因病机复杂,难以治愈,临床上预防尤为重要。现针对痹证的病因病机,从病前预防、病中治疗、病后防变三个方面谈一下保生四要对痹证的预防与治疗的指导作用。CHENG Guopeng was a famous Xin’an physician in the Qing Dynasty.In“Medicine Enlightenment”,he expounded his thoughts on health preservation from four aspects:diet,caution against wind and cold,cherishing the spirit,and abstaining from anger.He called it the“Four Essentials of Health Preservation”,which was very important to health preservation.Disease prevention and even disease treatment have far-reaching implications.The etiology and pathogenesis of Bi syndrome are complex and difficult to cure,so clinical prevention is particularly important.Based on the etiology and pathogenesis of Bi syndrome,we will talk about the guiding role of the Four Essentials of Health Care in the prevention and treatment of Bi Syndrome from three aspects:pre-disease prevention,treatment during the disease,and post-disease prevention.
